Order Preparation & Shipping Time

Order preparation and shipping take 2 to 5 business days.
The delivery time may vary depending on product availability and the customer’s location (governorate).

Important Notes

• Please do not open the shipment upon delivery.
• In case of any issue, you may easily request an exchange or return and receive a refund via InstaPay.
• We offer the option to exchange or return items either through our delivery representative or by visiting one of our branches to complete the process.
• If the delivery is postponed more than once (up to a maximum of 3 times within one week), the order will be considered canceled. If you wish to have it shipped again, it will be treated as a completely new order.
