Return & Exchange Policy

Duration

Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Product Condition

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and original packaging.

Terms & Fees

• Returns: The customer is responsible for the shipping fees when returning the product.
• Exchanges: The customer is responsible for both the new shipping fee and the return shipping cost.
• In case of a manufacturing defect or an error in the order, the exchange or return will be processed free of charge.

Return & Exchange Methods

• You may contact us to arrange item pickup through our delivery representative.
• You may also visit one of our branches to complete the process easily.

If the customer delays receiving the order for more than 3 business days after it reaches the shipping company, the order will automatically be returned to our company. In this case, the order will be considered canceled. If you wish to have it shipped again, it will be treated as a completely new order.
